We have to work within the protocols of the Chinese government they also have the rules on disease containment so, there are certain protocols that we have to observe, as you know that is the reason why parts of China are under restriction. So, the ministry of foreign affairs of China already said they are willing to work with the Philippine government to repatriate our nationals if there is a need to repatriate them,” ani Dulay.
We came out with the decision, the task force came out with the decision that any Filipino who wants to come home, can come home except they will be place for quarantine for 14 days, also for their own protection as well as the protection for their families so, in that, they are all free to go we are now asking our missions in China to now collect the number of Filipino’s, as well as the names on those who want to come home under that condition,” ani Dulay.
