Pinapurihan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa kanyang huling State Of the Nation Address (SONA) si Senate President Vicente Sotto III.
Ayon kay Pangulong Duterte, hindi malayong maging isang mabuting Bise Presidente si Sotto dahil sa magandang performance nito bilang pinuno ng Senado at mambabatas.
Ito’y kahit posibleng maglaban ang punong ehekutibo at Senador sa oras na magpasya si Duterte na sumabak sa Vice Presidential race sa 2022 national elections.
