Bilang ‘most consistent mobile network’ sa Pilipinas, naiangat ng isang telco ang customer experience sa mga serbisyo nito sa first quarter ng taon, sa pagtala ng mas mabilis na broadband at mobile connectivity sa pamamagitan ng tuloy-tuloy na pagbuti ng #1stWorldNetwork nito.
Ang agresibong network expansion ng Globe upang mapalawak ang serbisyo sa mga customer ay nagbunga ng pagkilala mula sa dalawang international firms para sa unang tatlong buwan ng taon — global analytics firm Ookla at independent global standard Opensignal.
“This is how we define a ‘win’, that in the hearts of our customers, Globe’s service is the most consistent, always there for their connectivity needs,” sabi ni Globe President at CEO Ernest Cu.
“And we have gone way beyond telco. With the customers in our hearts, Globe continues to expand as a digital solutions platform. Now, we address our customers’ needs beyond telco in the areas of fintech, telehealth, edutech, and a host of many other services geared towards the digital enablement of Filipinos,” ani Cu.
Base sa Ookla Speedtest Intelligence data, ang Globe ay nagtala ng nationwide consistency score na 79.45 mula January hanggang March 2022, mas mataas kumpara sa 70.43 sa kaparehong panahon noong nakaraang taon. Ang iskor ay tumaas din mula sa 79.02 na naitala sa Q4 2021.
Ang mobile consistency score ng Ookla ay nadedetermina ng bilang ng user tests na isinagawa na “above a certain speed threshold. The higher the figures, the more likely for customers to enjoy acceptable Internet performance and quality.”
Samantala, kinilala ng Opensignal ang Globe sa pagkakaroon ng ‘Most Consistent Mobile Quality’ sa Pilipinas, kung saan tinalo nito ang mga katunggali sa Excellent and Core Consistent Quality categories ng Opensignal Mobile Experience Awards.
Ginawaran ng independent global standard ang Globe ng Excellent Consistent Quality award sa kanilang April 2022 Mobile Network Experience Report for the Philippines, na naging basehan ang datos mula January 1 hanggang March 31, 2022. Ang rating ng Globe na 51.6 percent ay mas mataas ng 7.8 percentage points sa pinakamalapit na katunggali.
Ang Globe ay No. 1 din sa Core Consistent Quality na may 74.6 percent, mas mataas sa pinakamalapit na kalaban ng 12.8 percentage points.
Sinusukat ng Excellent Consistent Quality ng Opensignal ang “percentage of users’ tests that met the minimum recommended performance thresholds to watch HD video, complete group video, conference calls, and play games.”
Maliban dito, ang Core Consistent Quality ay ang “percentage of users’ tests that met the minimum recommended performance thresholds for lower performance applications including SD video, voice calls and web browsing.”
