Walang dagdag na bayad ang walong tagapagsalita ng National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).
Ipinabatid ito ni National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon, Jr., vice chairman ng NTF-ELCAC, dahil ang suweldo aniya ng mga spokersons na ito, kung saan anim ang bago, ay magmumula sa kanilang mother agencies.
Kaya aniya wala siyang nakikitang dahilan kung bakit dapat katakutan ang pagkakaroon ng maraming spokesperson ng nasabing task force.
Sa katunayan, sinabi ni Esperon na dagdag-trabaho pa sa mga ito ang pagiging tagapagsalita ng task force na kinabibilangan nina Lt. General Antonio Parlade at Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Undersecretary Lorraine Badoy.
Itinalaga namang bagong spokespersons ng NTF-ELCAC sina Department of the Interior and Local Government Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya, Presidential Human Rights Committee Secretariat Undersecretary Severo Catura, Presidential Task Force on Media Security Executive Director Joel Egco, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Spokesperson Celine Pialago, Atty. Marlon Bosantog at Gaye Florendo na assistant spokesperson ng NTF-ELCAC Public Affairs.
