I am thankful to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and DILG Sec Eduardo Año for allowing me the opportunity to be heard in a proper probe body. You know it’s really getting easy to accused a person and to see anything without any proof, napakadali po nyan. I hope the Filipino people see’s these, nakita po ito, kitang-kita naman. I have even the script of the senate proceedings, the first and second one, at even sa television.
30 days ahead of my compulsory retirement on Nov. 8, I’am ready to relieve this, my post to whoever will be appointed by the president. The situation cons for the entire PNP to close ranks and remain united and strong to squirrely face this devisive condition. I’am enjoin everyone to move on, now that the president has already spoken.,” ani PNP Chief P/Gen. Oscar Albayalde.
