Isinama at kinukunsider na rin ng SM ang Baguio City sa adopt a city initiative nito na kinabibilangan ng Maynila, Naga, Ormoc, Iloilo, Cagayan De Oro, Iligan at Tawi Tawi.
Ang nasabing hakbangin ay sinelyuhan nang paglagda ng memorandum of agreement na sinaksihan nina Arise-Philippinesco Chair Vice Admiral Alexander Pama, SM SVP for operations Engr. Bien Mateo, SM Prime Holdings Incorporated Presilident Jeffrey Lim, Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, NCR Executive Director Silvestre Barrameda, Jr., Carlos Romulo Foundation For Peace And Development Board of Trustee Liana Elena Romulo, Zuellig Family Foundation President Austere Panadero at Assistant Department Head ng Baguio City Antonette Anaban.
