Nagbiyahe na ang BRP Pangasinan mula Cebu City para maghatid ng relief goods sa Bicol Region bilang ayuda sa mga nasalanta ng Bagyong Rolly.
Sakay ng barko ng Philippine Navy ang 40 tonelada ng relief goods.
Kabilang dito ang 87 sako ng assorted goods, 80 butane gas stove at 500 sako ng bigas.
