LAS PIÑAS CITY — Eagle President Ronald Delos Santos officially assumed his role as the 38th President of The Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles (TFOEPE) during the Installation of the National President held on January 6, 2024, at The Tent in Las Piñas City. The ceremony was attended by over 3,000 TFOE-PE officials.
In his inaugural address, Delos Santos called for unity and collaboration within the organization for the success of his agenda for Eagle Year 2024. Key focal points of his program include Organizational Restructuring, Transparency, General Appropriations Act Adjustment, Digitization; Website, and Portal enhancement, Opening of the Eagles Cooperative, Expansion of TFOE-PE Membership, and broader collaboration with both government and Non-Government Organizations.
“A great responsibility is at hand, and I consider this as a big challenge to carry on the torch of leadership from outgoing Kuya Nelson Alonto Sarappudin. With the ideals and wisdom from my predecessor, I humbly accept the torch of leadership that I shall bear for the next two years, with a strong determination of commitment in carrying out the Eagles Mission Statement embodied in the Constitution for the betterment of humanity,” said Delos Santos.
Delos Santos also expressed gratitude towards the leadership of Sarapuddin, acknowledging the path paved by his predecessor for a stronger and more cohesive organization.
In his speech, Sarapuddin pledged continued support for President Delos Santos’ programs and the TFOE-PE.
He reminded the members not to heed to gossip and “Marites” that can harm the organization and do not contribute to those in need.
Eagle NCR 84th Region Governor Jenzen “Zentur” Turica thanked President Delos Santos for the well-thought-out program, showcasing the commitment to collaboration and the progressive community of the Kuyas and Ates of Agila.

Jose Bong Teves Jr., Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) Chief Persida Acosta, Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Usec. Patricia Cuanan, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Administrator Arnel Ignacio, former Sen. Joey Lina, and other past presidents of TFOEPE.
