Iginiit ni Senator JV Ejercito sa Public Attorneys Office o PAO na makipagtulungan sa mga eksperto mula sa University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital o UP-PGH.
Batid ni Ejercito na mahalaga ang ginagawang pagsusuri ng PAO kaugnay ng mga nasawing bata matapos mabakunahan ng kontroberysyal na dengue vaccine na dengvaxia.
Gayunman, naniniwala si Ejercito na mas madaling maliliwanagan ang lahat at matutukoy ang katotohanan sa isyu kung magtutulong-tulong lamang ang mga ahensya ng gobyerno bagay na sinang-ayunan ni Senador Richard Gordon.
“Hindi ko makuha Mr. Chair bakit ayaw pong makipag-usap o makipagtulungan ng Public Attorneys Office (PAO) with the experts from UP-PGH, we are not all experts here but there are certain discipline that require expertise, I’m hoping that with this effort we’ll be able to convince them to work together.” Ani Ejercito
Samantala, tiniyak naman ni UP-PGH expert panel head Dr. Juliet Aguilar na bukas sila para makipagtulungan sa mga pagsusuring ginagawa ng PAO.
“As we have been saying in the many meetings that we’ve had and even in our report, our findings are just preliminary because we are still recommending some tests to be done on the tissue samples that will be obtained from the bodies that may have been already unsealed by the PAO’s office it was really good for us to be able to enlist their help in this area.” Pahayag ni Dr. Juliet Aguilar
