Iginiit ni Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Chief Dir. Gen. Nicanor Faeldon na hindi dapat makalaya si dating Calauan Mayor Antonio Sanchez batay sa Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA).
Ito ang inihayag ni Faeldon sa kaniyang muling pagharap sa pagpapatuloy ng pagdinig ng Senado kahapon.
Ayon kay Faeldon, kaniyang binawi ang memorandum of release na kaniyang pinirmahan sa kabila ng paninindigan dito ng kanilang mga legal officer.
