Handa na ang Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Iran at Iraq sa repatriation ng mga Pilipino duon.
Kasunod ito ng itinaas na alert level 4 sa Iraq dahil sa tumitinding tensiyon sa pagitan ng Iran at Amerika.
Ayon kay Special Envoy to the Middle East Secretary Roy Cimatu, plantsado na ang repatriation plan ng mga Pilipino.
Bukas aniya ay tutulak na siya patungong Middle East para pangunahan ang repatriation.
If the airport in Baghdad is still open, then they will use that. However, if that is not open they have 2 options. By land, going to Amman Jordan and the other one is going also to the North, there’s an airport there that can go either to Dubai or Qatar for eventual flight to Manila.
