Pinanindigan ni Jomar Canlas, Senior Reporter ng The Manila Times, ang kanyang artikulo hinggil sa di umano’y pamemeke ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno ng Temporary Restraining Order.
Binasa pa ni Canlas sa hearing ng House Committee on Justice ang kanyang artikulo nang batikusin ng ilang Supreme Court Justice si Sereno dahil sa kanyang ginawa.
De Castro was… in sense when Sereno in her own change the content of the ponencia on the case of the Senior Citizen Partylist that was previously disqualified by the Commission on Elections [COMELEC] for illegally adopting and term sharing… scheme among the two separate sets of officers.
Instead of granting the relief being… sought by the partylist group, Sereno issued a blocked TRO, stopping the COMELEC from making for their proclamations that benefiting other groups that were not part of the case.
De Castro noted that for being late for work on May 28, Sereno issued the TRO without consulting De Castro.
