Tila sinisira umano ni House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco ang masidhing kampaniya ng pamahalaan kontra sa komunistang grupo.
Ito’y matapos ipagtanggol ni Velasco ang Makabayan Bloc sa Kamara makaraang i-ugnay ang mga ito ni Lt/Gen. Antonio Parlade Jr. na kasapi ng CPP-NPA.
Ayon sa legal luminary at DWIZ Karambolista na si Atty. Trixie Cruz – Angeles, nauunawaan niya ang pangangailangan ni Velasco na alagaan ang kaniyang mga kasamahan subalit hindi dapat nito sagkaan ang mandato ng militar.
With all due respect, Speaker Lord Allan Velasco. I understand you and all other congressmen are duly elected officials. And that you must speak this way to protect the men and women in Congress. But that does not mean you get to dictate military or legal strategy,” paliwanag ni Angeles.
Giit ni Angeles, nakalulungkot na mismong si Velasco na kaalyado ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang pumipigil sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) na magmulat sa publiko hinggil sa ginagawang panghihikayat ng maka-kaliwang grupo sa mga kabataan para sumali sa armadong pakikibaka.
