Nakatakda nang i-convene mamaya ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos ang unang Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) sa ilalim ng kanyang administrasyon.
Ito’y upang mapabilis ang pagsasabatas ng priority measures, kabilang ang mga panukalang batas na binanggit ng pangulo sa kanyang unang State of the Nation Address noong July 25.
Ayon sa Malakanyang, kabilang sa priority measures na inaasahang tatalakayin sa LEDAC ang National Government Rightsizing Program; Budget Modernization Bill;
Government Financial Institutions Unified Initiatives to Distressed Enterprises for Economic Recovery at Unified System of Separation, Retirement and Pension.
Kabilang naman sa economic bills na inaasahan ding tatalakayin ang E-Governance Act; National Land Use Act; Tax Package 3: Valuation Reform Bill; Passive Income and Financial Intermediary Taxation Act at Internet Transaction Act o E-Commerce Law.
Idinagdag pa ng palasyo na sa aspeto naman ng national security, pag-uusapin din sa LEDAC ang National Defense Act; Mandatory Reserve Officers’ Training Corps and National Service Training Program;
Pagtatatag ng Medical Reserve Corps, National Disease Prevention Management Authority, Virology Institute of the Philippines at Department of Water Resources;
Pagpapatupad ng enabling law para sa natural gas industry; amendments sa Republic Act 9136 o Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA) at amendments sa Build-Operate-Transfer Law maging ang posibleng amendments sa RA 11525 o COVID-19 Vaccination Program Act.
