“We cannot make use of the police because it is corrupt. I cannot trust now the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) because it is corrupt, so I have about a limited warm bodies, we still have so many wars to fight and what’s really very dangerous is that Hapilon who is an Abu Sayyaf was been the leader there, has been proclaim as the leader of the ISIS in SouthEast Asia”
“Taken in the AFP and raise the issue of drug as national security threat so that they can call all the Armed Forces to assist, there will be a cleansing a purge inside Crame and the NBI. Marami sainyo ang okay pa, ang problema it’s like in bureaus that has really affected lahat ng law enforcements, so pagka-droga tumabi kayo because I will suspect na iyo yan”
