Kabilang dito si Interior Assistant Secretary for Plans and Programs Epimaco Densing na promoted bilang Undersecretary kapalit ni John Castriciones na ngayo’y Acting Secretary ng Department of Agrarian Reform.
Itinalaga ring Undersecretary sina Renato Ebarle sa Department of Labor and Employment at retired Vice Admiral Alexander Lopez sa Department of Energy.
Re-appointed naman para sa anim na buwang termino mula July 1 hanggang December 31 sina Fernando Borja at William Lima bilang Special Envoys to China.
Re-appointed din si Cheng Yong bilang Special Envoy to the Asian Power gayundin si Dante ang bilang Special Envoy for International Public Relations sa loob ng anim na buwan.
