Dahil dito, nagpaabot ng pasasalamat si Pangulong Duterte sa gobyerno ng Japan dahil sa donasyon nito at sa maraming tulong ng nasabing bansa lalo na nakararanas ng pandemya ang ilang parte ng mundo.
