Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si University of the Philippines (UP) College of Mass Communication Dean Elena Enriquez Pernia sa United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization National Commission of the Philippines (UNESCO).
Magkakaroon ng tatlong taon si Pernia, may – bahay ni NEDA Secretary Ernesto Pernia, bilang miyembro ng UNESCO Communication and Information Committee.
Muli naman itinalaga ng Pangulo si Manila Times Chairman Emeritus Dante Ang bilang Special Envoy for International Public Relations.
Unang naitalaga si Ang sa naturang posisyon noong Mayo.
Kabilang din sa mga itinalaga ng Pangulo ay ang 17 mga bagong posisyon sa gobyerno at 27 mga bagong foreign service officer.
