Kapwa hinimok ni Pangulong Duterte at Austriaco ang lahat ng Filipino na magpabakuna kontra COVID upang mapanatili ang population immunity at mapigilan ang panibagong banta, partikular ng Omicron variant.
Inirekomenda rin ni Austriaco sa pamahalaan na tutukan ang mga paliparan at pantalan dahil dito inaasahang papasok ang Omicron variant na maaaring dalhin ng mga O.F.W. at iba pang biyahero.—sa panulat ni Drew Nacino
The vaccines depends upon the variants but the antiviral drugs are equally effective and the reason, this drugs work on the virus, is to kill the virus, once the virus enters the human cells and so the outside of the virus will change with the different but the inside will not change. So Pfizer Paxlovid, Merck Molnupiravir will be effective.
